Now, here’s a historic building. It’s Slovakia’s biggest church and totally one of a kind. Where is it?

That's certainly an impressive church. If I had to guess Slovakia's biggest church without seeing a pic, I'd have gone for Levoča, but obviously I'd have been wrong ;-)

Dom sv. Alzbety, Kosice?

Yep, that's right. It's in Košice. The only thing confusing may be the name. The English translation is St. Elizabeth's Cathedral. In Slovak, that's Dom sv. Alžbety. "Sv." is the abbreviation of svätý, meaning saint, and Alžbeta is obviously (or not so obviously) Elizabeth. St. Elizabeth's Cathedral is also called "Dom". A dom is a term that means this cathedral is designated as the seat of a bishop. A dom can be a cathedral, but all cathedrals are not all doms. This word probably takes its root from Latin (Dominus - Lord), but it's often seen it in German and has the meaning as I described, and Slovak too of course.

The building in front is St Michael chapel and the Cathedral is behind it. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/St._Michael_Chapel

It is a most beautiful building in Slovakia. For a small amount they can take you to the tower via a very narrow and turning staircase, and you can see the bells ,clock, and on the top the whole historic centre of Kosice.
